Essential Functions:
- Must be able to plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training, education, in service, and orientation
- Must maintain associate training and in service records
- Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to patient rights, and safety and sanitation.
- Must have expert knowledge in the field of practice.
- Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
- Must understand and follow company policies including compliance procedures.
- Must be able to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Implement recommendation from the Quality Assessment and Assurance Committee as the relate to the educational needs of this facility.
- Ensure that all personnel attend and participate in annual OSHA and CDC in-service training programs for hazard communication, TB management , and bloodborne pathogens standard.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- Must maintain an active nursing RN license in good standing throughout employment.
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
- Must possess skills in leadership and communication
- Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
Salary : $80,000 - $98,000
