Lowndes is seeking a Copy Center Specialist Clerk to join our busy law firm! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of office service tasks such as printing, scanning, and managing office supplies. The copy center hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Essential Functions:
- Perform copying, scanning, binding, and tabbing projects
- Handle any emergency deliveries
- Assist with monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Ensure supply areas are stocked and organized
- Assist with setting up new hire desks
- Troubleshoot office equipment malfunctions
- Schedule maintenance requests and maintain vendor relationships
- Covering mail room duties as needed
- Covering receptionist desk duties as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Previous experience working with Microsoft suite of products is preferred.
