Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer based in Mount Pleasant, SC but consisting of outside sales. In this role, you will drive the loan application process, assess borrower eligibility, and guide clients through mortgage options. You will provide excellent customer service, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and work collaboratively to meet lending goals. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with clients while supporting them through the home financing process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise as a Loan Officer, with extensive experience in the Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Industry.
- Knowledge of Underwriting standards, processes, and best practices.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and industry-related software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience and licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
