- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment.
- Stay ahead of issues through proactive equipment assessments to determine the condition of equipment and implement vital repairs or upgrades.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and complete maintenance schedules and strategies.
- Meticulously document maintenance actions while strictly adhering to regulatory and industry safety standards.
- Act as the go-to emergency expert, providing support in troubleshooting to minimize downtime and guarantee reliable service delivery.
- Four or more years of experience in maintenance and/or repair of mechanical equipment or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in mechanical or industrial maintenance, instrumentation, controls or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
- Strong adherence to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Certification in NCCER Power Generation Maintenance Mechanic, Level 4 or a related field.
- Proficient in applying maintenance assessments in an energy services environment.
- Proficient in collaborating within a team environment with effective communication.
