WHAT YOUR ROLE AS OUR LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER LOOKS LIKE
You'll be in our office from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime available.
This is a highly communicative and strategic role where you'll coordinate the day-to-day workflow and help make every day as smooth as possible. We're looking for a friendly, helpful, and upbeat person who can treat others empathetically and make sure they get the help they need. Service requests will come in through email, text, and phone calls, and you'll promptly respond to all of them.
Following our call scripts and company protocols, you'll gather job information from customers, triage requests based on urgency, and schedule service appointments accordingly. You'll keep in touch with the technicians throughout the day, checking in with them to make sure jobs are on schedule and dispatching them to the next job. You're the heartbeat of our operations and the driver behind our daily productivity!

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER
- 4-year degree
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Professional communication skills and comfort with speaking over the phone
Bonus Qualifications
- 1 years of work experience in an office or customer-facing environment
- Experience using ServiceTitan or a similar field management software
