About the Role
We are seeking a driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury team. This role is designed for an early-career attorney who is hungry to learn, motivated to excel, and eager to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
You will work closely with experienced attorneys and case managers to manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution, while developing the judgment, efficiency, and client-advocacy skills required to succeed in personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception through pre-litigation resolution
- Draft and review demands, correspondence, and settlement documents
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, investigators, and experts to move cases forward efficiently
- Participate in case strategy discussions and settlement negotiations under supervision
- Maintain accurate, timely case documentation in accordance with firm standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical obligations
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law
- 1–3 years of legal experience (personal injury experience a plus, not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $95,000 – $130,000 base salary, based on experience and demonstrated capability
