As an Appliance Technician, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances. What you’ll do
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on appliance features and benefits.
- Supervise junior technicians and assist in training new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Upsell additional services or products that enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking and merchandising of appliance-related items.
Basic qualifications
