Job Title: On-Call Event Servers & Bartenders
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Various Event Venues)
Starting Pay: $22/hour (Based on Experience)
About the Role:
Low Country Quisine is looking for professional, reliable, and service-oriented event servers and bartenders to join our team on an on-call basis. We cater weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings throughout the DFW Metroplex, delivering exceptional hospitality with a touch of Southern charm.
Responsibilities:• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, buffets, and bar stations• Serve plated meals, buffet stations, or passed hors d’oeuvres with professionalism• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders only)• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the event• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations• Assist with loading/unloading and light lifting as needed
Requirements:• TABC Certification (Bartenders) & Food Handler’s Certificate (Servers & Bartenders)• Reliable transportation to travel to various event venues across the Metroplex• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs• Neat, professional appearance and strong customer service skills• Availability to work nights and weekends, based on event schedule
