Looking for a part-time, seasonal snowplow operator to join our team.
You will be responsible for plowing residential driveways and commercial roadways / parking lots during the winter months (primarily from November through April). We are looking for a dependable self-starter who is excited to join a growing company. This role requires drive and accountability, and a willingness to work with others. This role also requires the ability to drop other commitments to come and plow about once every 1.5 - 2 weeks.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver high-quality snowplowing with the ability to follow unique requests at each individual location
-Effectively move through plow sites during snow plowing days
-Effective communication with supervisors
Qualifications:
-Heavy machinery or previous snowplow experience preferred, but not required
-Reliable transportation
-Availability in early mornings on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (you will be on-call and required to show up at a moment’s notice)
Hours and Compensations:
-Part Time - up to $5,000 per month (on-call for days it snows more than 4 inches)
