Qualifications
- Licensing: An active New Hampshire Real Estate Sales Associate License or Broker’s License is required prior to hire. Candidates who are not yet licensed but are currently enrolled in a pre-licensing real estate program, or who have a genuine interest in pursuing a real estate career, are welcome to interview. Offers of employment will be extended upon successful obtainment of a valid NH real estate license.
- Character & Professional Standards: Candidates must demonstrate a strong ethical foundation, professional conduct, and a positive, client-first mindset. All agents are expected to take their legal fiduciary obligations to their clients seriously — this is non-negotiable and central to our culture.
- Work Model: Lovlien Realty Group operates as a cloud brokerage, meaning agents have the freedom to work from anywhere. There are no assigned desks. Our Downtown Concord, NH headquarters is available for agent training sessions and in-person one-on-one broker meetings whenever needed.
