Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the agency, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality care.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to assisted living, nursing homes, and memory care.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the facility.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration and health assessments.
- Foster a positive environment that supports residents with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other related conditions.
- Engage with families to address concerns and enhance communication regarding resident care.
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and dementia care.
- Strong management skills with experience in supervising staff in long-term care environments.
- Knowledge of operations management principles within senior care facilities.
- Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
