Responsibilities
- Develop your sales abilities while expanding store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by applying training, skills, clientling and sales methods and by providing feedback to store manager
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store operations, sales, lead contacts, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Be a shining example of positive demeanor and high performance
- Additional duties as needed

- Proven successful experience in retail sales/weddings & events/customer service
- Powerful selling skills and plan/goal focused

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
