Assisting the captain of our sales team, you'll be responsible for guiding our crew of gem aficionados to exceed sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the glittering reputation of Lovette Jewelers. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead by example and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer's journey is a memorable one by fostering a warm and welcoming environment in the store. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and grace, turning challenges into opportunities to delight.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring all necessary items are being ordered in a timely manner. Monitor trends and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to create captivating displays that showcase our jewelry collections in their best light. Keep the store layout fresh and inviting to encourage exploration and discovery. Create social posts that are eye-catching and engaging for customers.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize and celebrate achievements.
