Retail Customer Service Cashier

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers while maintaining clean places and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
• Perform cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
