Job Title: Fresh Food Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Fresh Food Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fresh kitchen, with responsibilities including leading a staff, managing processes, and enhancing sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, adhering to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Work alongside team members to prepare and package products in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations.
- Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1 year of management experience.
- 1 year of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 1 year of supervising and training 5 or more employees.
