Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries from potential customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule sales appointments
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate customer visits and ensure a seamless experience
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the premium Volvo brand
- Previous experience in sales, customer service (e.g., waiters/waitresses, cell phone sales reps, etc.), or business development preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
