Position OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the Manchester–Londonderry market. In this role, you’ll focus on generating new deposit relationships and identifying commercial lending opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
This is a highly visible, field-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working independently, and contributing directly to business growth.
What You’ll DoDrive New Business
- Proactively identify and pursue new deposit and lending opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
- Represent the organization at networking events and local initiatives
Build & Manage Relationships
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, prospects, and community stakeholders
- Deliver a professional and consultative experience in all interactions
- Partner with internal teams to support client needs and ensure a seamless experience
Support Client Success
- Assist clients with onboarding and ongoing product support
- Act as a trusted point of contact to strengthen retention and satisfaction
Track & Improve Performance
- Monitor outreach activity, referrals, and results
- Identify trends and contribute ideas to enhance business development strategies
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and all applicable banking regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development (banking experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
- Familiarity with deposit products, lending, or financial services is a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, FFIEC, etc.) is helpful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
