Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist, located in Houston, TX. The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating sponsorship leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential sponsors, and driving revenue opportunities for the event. The role includes developing tailored sponsorship packages, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and continuously communicating with clients to ensure successful partnerships. The candidate will also collaborate with the event and marketing teams to align sponsorships with the festival's vision and goals.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related field
- Proven ability to generate leads and identify partnership opportunities
- Existing relationships with brand and marketing decision makers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with event sponsorship best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
