Role Description The Client Concierge is a part-time, hybrid role located in Ocoee, FL, responsible for managing the client experience from first contact through session completion. Day-to-day tasks include talking to leads on the phone and booking them in, studio organization, and studio assistance.

- Strong customer service and concierge services skills, with a commitment to client care and a welcoming studio experience.
- Experience handling reservations, scheduling, and appointment management.
- Clear and professional communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and personal client interactions with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working on-site in a photography or creative studio environment
Must be punctual, organized, proactive, honest, and have good communication skills.
