Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic AirBnB Cleaner to ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable stay. As an integral part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across multiple residential properties listed on AirBnB. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to excellence will help us deliver memorable guest experiences and uphold our reputation for quality. Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas when applicable
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure health and safety standards are met or exceeded
• Perform floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to maintain pristine surfaces
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and other textiles
• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and vents to eliminate dust buildup and improve air quality
• Handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients or property managers regarding cleaning schedules or special requests while maintaining a friendly customer service approach

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vacation rental, residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation (vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners), and use of cleaning detergents and sanitizers
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently; physically capable of heavy lifting when necessary
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for properties with exterior spaces requiring upkeep
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or hospitality environments is advantageous but not required
• Providing own cleaning supplies and equipment (Basic list can be provided)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
