Love Scrubs LLC is a locally owned medical uniform boutique helping healthcare professionals find scrubs that fit well, feel comfortable, and make them feel confident at work.

We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable Retail Sales Stylist who genuinely enjoys helping people. This is more than a traditional cashier position. You’ll work one on one with customers, learn our brands and products, make thoughtful recommendations, and create the kind of personalized experience that keeps customers coming back.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and start friendly, natural conversations
• Learn what each customer needs for their job, body type, and personal style
• Recommend scrub brands, styles, sizes, colors, and coordinating pieces
• Assist customers throughout the fitting room experience
• Suggest alternatives when a preferred item is unavailable
• Explain our rewards program, promotions, embroidery services, and policies
• Process purchases accurately
• Restock, organize, size, and straighten merchandise
• Receive and prepare new inventory
• Maintain a clean and welcoming sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom
• Complete opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
• Stay productive and take initiative without needing constant direction

Experience in specialty retail, apparel, shoes, beauty, hospitality, medical reception, or another customer-facing position is helpful. However, we are willing to train an enthusiastic candidate with the right personality, reliability, and attention to detail.

Schedule and Requirements

• Weekend availability is required
• Candidates must provide their exact weekly availability
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, use a step stool, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to our Kearny Mesa location is required
