About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, outgoing and dependable Lead Personal Scrub Stylist who can confidently provide exceptional customer service while independently managing the store during their shift.

This is a hands on sales and leadership position. You’ll spend most of your time working directly with customers, learning what they need and helping them find scrubs, shoes and accessories that fit their workplace, body and personal style.

As a Lead Personal Scrub Stylist, you’ll also be trusted to open or close the store independently, prioritize daily responsibilities, solve problems and make sure the store remains clean, organized, stocked and ready for customers.

Our ideal candidate is a strong, personable salesperson who takes ownership of their shift. You notice what needs to be done, make thoughtful decisions and follow through without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and personally assist every customer with a friendly, genuine attitude.
• Start conversations and ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s workplace, preferences and needs.
• Help customers find scrubs, shoes and accessories they’ll love.
• Educate customers about brands, fabrics, sizing, fit and product features.
• Offer thoughtful alternatives when a requested product, color or size is unavailable.
• Create a personalized shopping experience that builds customer loyalty and keeps customers coming back.
• Confidently open or close the store and complete all required procedures.
• Take ownership of store priorities and ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle customer concerns and day to day problems with good judgment.
• Support and help train Personal Scrub Stylists when working together.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor.
• Complete go backs and receive, restock, transfer and ship merchandise.
• Communicate important sales information, customer concerns, inventory needs and incomplete tasks to ownership.
• Help keep the store running smoothly and consistently uphold Love Scrubs’ customer service standards.

Previous retail sales and leadership or keyholder experience is strongly preferred. Experience in a boutique, apparel, footwear or personalized sales environment is especially valuable.

The Lead Personal Scrub Stylist level is intended for someone who has demonstrated that they can excel in personal sales while also being trusted with store operations, opening and closing, problem-solving and supporting other stylists.
