Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, analyzing business performance, optimizing inventory, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role requires scheduling, staff training, and managing team dynamics to foster a positive workplace. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Menomonie, WI.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team
- Strong organizational and operational skills to manage store performance, inventory systems, and staff scheduling
- Customer service excellence and communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to respond to challenges efficiently
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
