Our client is seeking a full-time Sr Materials Manager for their manufacturing facility in Sheboygan, WI. The key requirements for the role include:
- Expertise in planning, warehouse, and inventory management
- Proven track record leading warehouse operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, including engineer-to-order models and high-SKU complexity
- Recent hands-on SAP experience with strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience managing and collaborating with unionized workforces
- Skilled in maintaining and optimizing PFEP (Plan for Every Part) databases
- Background in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP)
