Production Seamstress & Studio Assistant

Love, Ravin Collection is a growing home décor brand specializing in beautifully crafted decorative pillow covers. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Production Seamstress & Studio Assistant to join our small team and grow with us.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has strong sewing skills, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working independently. Because we are a small and growing business, this position will primarily focus on sewing and production while also assisting with other areas of our warehouse operations as needed.

Your primary responsibility will be producing high-quality decorative pillow covers from start to finish, including:

·      Operating industrial sewing machines and sergers

·      Creating and working from patterns

·      Measuring and cutting fabric accurately

·      Constructing square, lumbar, and bolster pillow covers

·      Maintaining consistent sizing, seams, closures, and overall workmanship

·      Inspecting your work for quality and correcting issues when necessary

·      Keeping your sewing and production area organized

·      Working efficiently to meet production needs and timelines

As part of a small team, you may also assist with:

·      Receiving and organizing incoming inventory

·      Inventory counts and organization

·      Packing and shipping customer orders

·      Basic computer or technology-based tasks

·      Occasional customer service and other warehouse responsibilities

We don't expect you to know every system we use on day one, but you should be comfortable learning new technology and processes.

We would love someone who is:

·      Already experienced with sewing and industrial sewing equipment

·      Experienced using a serger

·      Comfortable creating, modifying, and working from sewing patterns

·      Confident measuring and cutting fabric accurately

·      Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality

·      Efficient without sacrificing craftsmanship

·      A self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision

·      Dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of their work

·      Comfortable working in a small-business environment where responsibilities can occasionally overlap

·      Willing to learn new systems and technology

·      Interested in growing with a company as the role and business expand

This is not an entry-level sewing position.

Applicants must already know how to sew and have experience operating sewing equipment. We are happy to train the right person on our specific pillow construction methods, quality standards, products, and systems, but we are not able to provide basic sewing or machine-operation training.

Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start

Starting Pay: Approximately $18-$20/hour, with final compensation based on experience and skill level

We are flexible with how weekly hours are allocated and can work with the right candidate to establish a consistent schedule. Work will generally take place during daytime business hours and conclude by 5:00 PM.

As Love, Ravin Collection continues to grow, there may be an opportunity for additional hours and increased responsibility.
