Love Pet Hospital has been a trusted name in pet care since 1994. We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate CSR to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional service to pets and their people.
About the Role:
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—whether by phone, email, or in person. Your empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail will help ensure every pet and owner feels supported and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-up communications
- Process medical records and assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain a strong understanding of veterinary services and pet care
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth client-medical team communication
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy, including medical collections
- Uphold high standards of customer service in every interaction
- Preferred Experience:
· Background in animal care or veterinary services
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and veterinary critical care
- Experience in lab settings or direct animal handling
- Knowledge of pet grooming and general pet care
- Prior experience with medical collections
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
