Lead Line Cook

We are seeking skilled and passionate Lead Line Cooks to join our culinary teamw at our restaurants. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. As the Lead Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
• Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to all food handling guidelines.
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
• Utilize knife skills for meal preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
  
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant, is required.
• Minimum 3 years of line cook experience within a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in menu planning and catering services is advantageous
• Strong food preparation skills with an emphasis on quality and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks
