- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
- Manage Toast POS systems for smooth transaction processing and sales tracking.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold service quality standards and foster a positive team environment.
- Handle cash management duties accurately, including cash handling procedures and shift reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and sanitation protocols across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to oversee food production, quality control, and timely delivery of orders in casual dining or quick service settings.
- Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Experience with Toast POS systems and Restaurant 365 is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, conduct interviews, and lead training & development initiatives.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences.
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures within the food industry.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
