We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Insurance Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $35,000 - $39,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting a team, and creating a welcoming experience for clients.

Each day, you will be responsible for answering phone lines, greeting office visitors, drafting letters and reports, and assisting with a variety of clerical and administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner while creating a positive office experience
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with general questions or direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties, including maintaining Excel worksheets, filing, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, forms, and other essential office materials
  • Assist the accounting team with administrative support and daily operational tasks
  • Process direct bill commissions, issue certificates of insurance, and report claims to insurance carriers

Requirements
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
  • Professional and friendly communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Comfortable answering phones and greeting clients in a welcoming manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day work
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support coworkers and collaborate effectively
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel

Salary : $35,000 - $39,000
