Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient | Travel Assignment

Location: Bad Axe, MI

Job Overview

Start Date: April 20, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (8 hours/day)
Schedule Options:Tues–Fri: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
OR
Mon & Wed: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tues–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
On-Call: One Saturday/month (may reduce to every other month)

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness
Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based practices
Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients to restore function and improve independence

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of PT experience (swing bed, acute, or outpatient)
Michigan PT License
Graduate of an accredited PT program
BLS Certification (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications

Orthopedic experience
Previous travel assignment experience
