Lovefreedom Solution, a leading intellectual property law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trademark Paralegal to join our team in New York, NY. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of trademark prosecution and maintenance, including preparing and filing trademark applications, office action responses, and maintenance documents
• Conduct trademark searches and analyze search results
• Prepare and file trademark assignments, declarations, and other documents with the USPTO
• Communicate with clients regarding trademark matters and provide updates on the status of their applications
• Maintain accurate and organized trademark files and databases
• Assist with trademark litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research on trademark-related issues
• Assist with other general paralegal duties as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 2 years of experience as a trademark paralegal in a law firm setting
• Strong understanding of USPTO rules and procedures
• Proficient in conducting trademark searches using online databases such as TESS and Saegis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
• Knowledge of international trademark laws and procedures is a plus
