Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop scoped ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations to meet business requirements.
- Implement and configure core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and maintain CMDB integrity.
- Build and maintain Service Portal pages, UI Policies, Client/Server scripts, UI Actions, and widgets for high-quality user experiences.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and middleware connectors to third-party systems.
- Author automated flows using Flow Designer and Orchestration; manage Update Sets, perform unit testing, and support releases across dev/test/prod.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, create technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and support teams on deliverables.
