About The Opportunity

A growing IT Services & Consulting firm focused on digital workplace transformation and enterprise service management, delivering ServiceNow implementations and managed services for U.S. enterprise clients. We build scalable ITSM solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline support, and enable digital workflows across large organizations.

This on-site role (United States) is ideal for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer who enjoys delivering end-to-end platform solutions—from scoped application development to integrations and service portals—in client-facing environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scoped ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations to meet business requirements.
• Implement and configure core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and maintain CMDB integrity.
• Build and maintain Service Portal pages, UI Policies, Client/Server scripts, UI Actions, and widgets for high-quality user experiences.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and middleware connectors to third-party systems.
• Author automated flows using Flow Designer and Orchestration; manage Update Sets, perform unit testing, and support releases across dev/test/prod.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, create technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and support teams on deliverables.
