We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication, accurate documentation, and efficient management of treatment plans.
Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help optimize patient care experiences, facilitate insurance processes, and support clinical workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving healthcare environment while utilizing your extensive medical administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans
- Present patient treatment plans
- Maintain a full and productive doctor schedule
- Support front desk operations including patient check-in/out procedures, appointment reminders and answering patient phone calls
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop comprehensive care plans
Experience
- Prior clinic or dental office experience with a strong background in medical office management or administrative support.
- If no dental background, need to have an exceptionally strong sales background and we can teach you the dentistry
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing medical records, filing systems, and office procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience at the front desk or reception area.

Compensation
$21-$25 an hour plus a percentage of collections plus eligible for daily, monthly and yearly bonuses
Full time Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm
