Louros Insurance Consulting is expanding our Tampa team and seeking a Junior Account Representative to work directly with prospective and existing health and life insurance clients.
This entry-level position combines client communication, account support, and insurance sales. You’ll learn how to identify client needs, explain available coverage options, build professional relationships, and assist clients throughout the sales process.
No previous experience is required. Our team provides hands-on training and ongoing coaching from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients
- Assist clients with their health and life insurance needs
- Educate clients on available coverage options
- Guide clients through the insurance sales process
- Conduct follow-up conversations with prospective clients
- Develop account management and sales skills
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and office goals
