Louros Insurance Consulting is looking for motivated individuals to join our Tampa team as a Health Coverage Consultant.
In this client-focused sales position, you’ll work directly with individuals to understand their health and life insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help them make informed decisions based on their individual circumstances.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help you build your knowledge and sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Speak directly with prospective clients
- Learn about each client's individual coverage needs
- Educate clients on available health and life insurance options
- Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Build positive and professional client relationships
- Develop knowledge of health and life insurance products
