Job Overview
Lourdes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Records and Administrative Support Clerk to support our healthcare facility’s administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of health information management, medical records processing, accounting and supply logistics.

Duties
- Maintain and organize patient medical records in accordance with health information management standards and regulatory policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and coding of medical records using appropriate medical terminology and coding systems.
- Process incoming supplies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate procurement to ensure availability of necessary medical supplies.
- Adhere to clinical confidentiality policies and healthcare privacy protection guidelines when handling sensitive information.
- Assist clinical staff with record requests, data entry, and documentation compliance to support revenue cycle management.
- Conduct regular audits of medical records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance with health information regulations.
- Support the implementation of health regulation policies related to records management and supply chain procedures.
- Support accounting department when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical office administration.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes.
- Knowledge of health regulation policies, healthcare privacy laws, and clinical confidentiality standards.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding practices, and records management protocols.
- Experience with healthcare supply chain logistics and inventory control.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clinical staff, patients, and vendors.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
