Lourdes Senior Community is located in Waterford, Michigan on Scott Lake.
The Maintenance Worker provides a variety of building maintenance services for all facilities on the Lourdes Campus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of building repairs and refurbishments as needed; dry wall removal, patching, painting, etc.
Perform skilled installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with HVAC systems
Fulfill work and special resident orders as assigned
Perform regular, preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
Maintain functionality of EMS systems and building alarms
Manage and maintain company-provided tools and vehicle in a safe and clean manner
Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician or Installer. Refrigeration a plus
State-specific license or Journeyman card preferred but not necessary
Possession of a valid EPA 608 Universal CFC certification preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Knowledge of local codes, ordinances and safety regulations
Knowledge of supplies and equipment used in work activity
Ability to communicate, follow directions and work with other personnel
Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to move throughout the work day (sit, stand, bend kneel, squat and walk)
Must be able to climb stairs and ladder
Must be able to walk for an extended period of time
Must be able to operate power tools
