Job Summary and Job Duties: This position is responsible for assisting doctors and mid-levels while in office. Implementing strategies to achieve the department goal. Will ensure each workflow is followed for multiple doctors and mid-levels. Good organization skills and possess the ability to handle information in a confidential manner. This person will have a good personality with the ability to establish good working relationships with varying personalities (patients, co-workers, physicians and hospitals) This position requires the ability to perform office work directly related to general business operations, must exercise discretion and independent judgment. Reporting Relationship:
The medical assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager with the support of the team lead and will be expected to work under their own initiative.
