Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 10 years of professional creative experience
- Proven experience leading creative teams
Preferred
- Agency or marketing environment experience
- Experience managing large or multidisciplinary teams
- Strong portfolio of high-quality, multi-channel work
