Work Experience
Project Planning & Initiation
- Strategic Scoping: Define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Workforce Assessment: Conduct organizational needs analyses to diagnose skill gaps and prescribe tailored training solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive workforce plans that align client goals with organizational capacity.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with a diverse portfolio of industrial clients.
- ·Collaborative Planning: Streamline communication and align project goals across all cross-functional departments.
Execution & Coordination
- ·Project Oversight: Drive efficient task completion and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
- ·Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead collaboration between Recruitment, Training, and Workforce Initiatives to ensure seamless, cohesive project delivery.
Communication & Documentation
- Scope Development: Author detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) outlining custom services for client companies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact, using RACI models to clarify roles and ensure consistent, transparent communication.
- Project Reporting: Track and document KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to provide regular progress updates and post-project insights.
- Information Governance: Centralize project data to eliminate conflicting messaging and streamline workflow.
Performance Monitoring & Evaluation
- KPI Tracking: Monitor project performance against key metrics to ensure all strategic objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify deviations from project plans and implement swift corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate outcomes to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and exceed stakeholder expectations.
Leadership & Team Management
- Team Mobilization: Assemble project teams, define roles, set clear deadlines, and secure necessary resources.
- Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, high-productivity environment that encourages innovative solutions.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively resolve internal and external friction to maintain project momentum and meet targets.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing,
or related manufacturing equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of workforce development initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively across different sectors and
collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Extensive manufacturing/industry experience (10 years) with
at least 5 years in training responsibilities may be substituted
for the bachelor’s requirement
