The Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts is currently interviewing for the position of Preschool Music Instructor.
Our preschool music program has grown by 50% over the last year and continues to expand within our academy. We are seeking talented, motivated, and qualified specialists in early music education. LAAPA offers flexible schedules, performance opportunities, and a stimulating work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in music or equivalent certifications or professional experience.
- Trained singing voice, piano and/or guitar skills
- Ability to conduct weekly group lessons and arrange lesson plans (for children ages 2-5). (We do supply a basic curriculum).
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to make each class fun and enjoyable.
