Work Performed
- Shop equipment repair and maintenance
- Shop equipment installation
- Forklift repair and maintenance
- Overseeing/administering company vehicles repairs and maintenance
- Building repair and maintenance
- Overhead crane repair and maintenance
- Electrical distribution (3 phase)
- Setting up reoccurring/ongoing preventive maintenance schedule for the above items
- Assisting with the completion of the work required to get our newest production and warehousing spaces up and running
- On-site HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Fill in to assist production as needed in areas such as fabrication, assembly/disassembly, painting, field service, and general support
- Comply with company policies
- Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (especially eye and ear protection) when in restricted areas
- Preferred minimum level of education: high school diploma
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical principles, formulas and principals
- Ability to read blueprints, occasional use of shop mathematics
- Must provide own tools and toolbox
- Minimum three to five years of experience in supervising electrical and maintenance work is desirable
