Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatrics and acute visits. This role offers a great opportunity for autonomy while working alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (ECW).
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
- Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification.
- Active state license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in primary care or urgent care preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
