We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and people-focused Account Manager & Content Creator hybrid to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage client accounts while also rolling up your sleeves to create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Though we expect a general level of knowledge about ads and engagement, you won’t be bogged down with digging deep in those areas. Instead, you’ll focus on strategy, storytelling, and client success.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong client relationships as the day-to-day point of contact.
- Manage projects, scopes, and deliverables across accounts.
- Plan and create content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Write scroll-stopping posts and collaborate on visuals.
- Keep campaigns aligned with client goals, voice, and brand strategy.
- Spot opportunities to expand and strengthen client partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, content marketing, or client-facing agency roles.
- Strong writing skills and proven ability to craft engaging social posts.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Canva, Google Suite, and project management tools.
- Collaborative, creative, and proactive—someone who can think big but execute small details.
