We're seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to support our Client Lead in executing social media strategies for a dedicated client account. This is a hands-on role focused on content coordination, quality control, scheduling, and day-to-day account management. You'll work closely with the Client Lead and our editing team to ensure seamless execution of all deliverables.
Content Coordination & Quality Control
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure content is completed on time
- Review edited videos for proper execution of creative vision
- Check all content for typos, errors, and brand consistency before publishing
- Perform light editing in CapCut when needed for quick turnarounds or minor adjustments
- Provide clear feedback to editors based on Client Lead direction
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines
Scheduling & Publishing
- Maintain and update content calendars
- Coordinate timelines between Client Lead and editing team
- Organize and manage content assets and files
Account Management Support
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement opportunities
- Track content performance and report metrics to Client Lead
- Assist with community management and responding to comments/messages
- Ensure consistent posting schedule and brand voice
Project Coordination
- Serve as the liaison between Client Lead and editing team
- Keep project management tools updated with task status and deadlines
- Communicate proactively about project progress and any roadblocks
- Attend client meetings and strategy sessions as needed
- Support the Client Lead with ad-hoc tasks as they arise
Essential:
- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts
- Strong eye for detail and quality control
- Basic familiarity with CapCut or similar video editing tools (for light edits only)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written communication skills (you'll be checking for typos!)
- Ability to follow creative direction and provide constructive feedback
- Proactive communication style and team collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating between creative teams
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Monday.com/Notion)
- Basic understanding of video editing workflow and terminology
- Understanding of social media analytics
