What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Production Manager position at LOUDER Experiences?

Company Description

LOUDER Experiences is an event production team of passionate marketers dedicated to creating impactful experiences. We help brands stand out in an oversaturated market through innovative stunts, sponsorships, tradeshows, and special events. Our goal is to resonate with audiences and create memorable moments. Join us and be part of an exciting team that makes noise and creates amazing experiences.

We’re looking for an Event Production Manager who can balance big-picture creativity with roll-up-your-sleeves execution. This role is equal parts concepting bold ideas, managing logistics, and physically bringing experiences to life. You’ll collaborate with our team to design stand-out activations, coordinate the moving parts that make them happen, and jump in on-site to ensure every detail is flawless.

If you love taking ideas from brainstorm to build-out — and you have the organizational chops to keep projects on track — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept & Create: Brainstorm and develop event and installation ideas that capture attention and deliver impact.
  • Plan & Organize: Research and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, oversee budgets, and maintain timelines.
  • Execute & Build: Lead event operations, from setup and production to breakdown, ensuring smooth execution every time.
  • Communicate & Report: Keep clients, vendors, and internal teams aligned through clear updates and project documentation.
  • Problem Solve: Anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and keep events running seamlessly under pressure.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in event coordination or management with a track record of successful projects.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
  • Comfortable managing both the creative and operational sides of production.
  • Hands-on mindset, willing to do the physical work required to bring experiences to life.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with project management tools and MS Office, specifically proficient in Excel, PPT and Word.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and client relationships.
  • Flexible schedule; available to work evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours as needed.
  • Degree in marketing, PR, hospitality, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience counts.

Skills Required

  • Creative Development: Ability to generate fresh concepts that align with client goals and consumer engagement.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiation, sourcing, and cost-control expertise.
  • Technical Production: Comfortable with tools, fabrication, installation, AV setup, and hands-on event build.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Organization & Documentation: Proficient in MS Office and project management platforms; detail-oriented with invoices, timelines, and tracking.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure with the ability to pivot quickly on-site.
  • Physical Readiness: Willingness and ability to handle manual labor, lift equipment, and work in fast-paced event environments.

Who You Are

You’re equal parts creative thinker, detail wrangler, and problem solver. You can move fluidly between brainstorming fresh ideas, managing spreadsheets and contracts, and building installations on-site. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love creating experiences that stand out, and have the discipline to see every project through from spark to finish line.
