Cultivation Technician
Location: Warren, MI

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with plant cultivation, understands environmental controls and irrigation systems, and can assist with all aspects of daily cultivation operations while following instructions and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 3 years of commercial cultivation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Required Experience
- Environmental control systems (HVAC, humidity, temperature, CO₂ management)
- Irrigation systems and fertigation
- Mixing nutrients and monitoring EC/pH
- Cloning and propagation
- Transplanting
- Defoliation (deleafing)
- Pruning
- Harvesting
- Trimming
- Pest and disease identification (IPM)
- Inventory tracking and plant tagging
- Basic cultivation equipment maintenance
- Basic plumbing and irrigation repairs
- Troubleshooting cultivation equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in commercial indoor cultivation facilities
- Knowledge of nutrient deficiencies and plant diagnostics
- Experience with automated environmental control systems
