As an Operations Technical Admin, you will play a critical administrative and coordination role within a high-tech semiconductor facility. Supporting the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, this role is responsible for ensuring CMMS data integrity, tracking KPIs, managing documentation, and supporting compliance and resource scheduling. You will act as the central link between technical teams and management, contributing directly to operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain compliance within CMMS systems such as Maximo or ProCal, ensuring the accuracy of work orders, asset records, and PM schedules.
- Create, organize, and distribute performance and activity reports using CMMS data and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on O&M performance metrics including CM backlog, PM compliance, system uptime, and technician hours.
- Track and support program budgets, schedules, and compliance documentation in coordination with the Program Manager.
- Coordinate with the O&M Trainer to schedule training sessions, track technician participation, and support learning initiatives.
- Maintain shift calendars, vacation/sick time schedules, and provide administrative tracking across O&M teams.
- Support development and organization of internal LotusWorks documentation, including operational guides, SOPs, and PM job plans.
- Manage document control processes for technical documents and ensure the most current versions of SOPs and system manuals are available.
- Use strong attention to detail to support accurate reporting, documentation, and system data tracking across all O&M functions.
- Act as a central communication liaison between technicians, trainers, and managers, ensuring smooth coordination and operational alignment.
- Assist in resource scheduling and cross-functional team support to ensure coverage and operational readiness.
- Contribute to analytics efforts by assisting in KPI development, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support overall operational efficiency through accurate documentation, clear communication, and proactive follow-ups with internal teams.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
- 1–3 years in a technical or administrative support role in semiconductor or high-tech facilities.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, ProCal).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.
- Comfortable managing technical documentation and supporting version control processes.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to task management and follow-through.
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field preferred, but not required.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
