The Industrial Construction Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of projects within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The Project Coordinator also serves as a key point of contact between stakeholders, project teams, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays, driving corrective actions
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and documentation
- Coordinate and manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure work is executed efficiently
- Support scheduling, resource planning, and task prioritization
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, verify work completion, and ensure adherence to project requirements
- Identify and escalate issues related to quality, safety, or schedule
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of project coordination experience within a semiconductor facility
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors on-site
Education / Licenses / Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus, but not required
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
