What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist position at Lotus Rehab - Women's Health Physical Therapy?
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist – Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor
Full-Time | San Antonio, TX | Lotus Rehab
Lotus Rehab is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team.
We are a cash-pay women’s physical therapy practice in San Antonio specializing in pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic pain, orthopedic conditions, hypermobility, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies throughout every stage of life.
Our model is intentionally different from traditional outpatient PT.
At Lotus, you’ll have:
- 60-minute, one-on-one appointments
- No double booking
- No insurance productivity requirements
- A beautiful, welcoming clinic designed specifically for women
- A collaborative team of therapists who enjoy working together
- Mentorship and opportunities to deepen your pelvic health expertise
- Access to a full gym and specialized pelvic health equipment
- Administrative and front-desk support
- An established patient base and strong community reputation
- Opportunities to develop your own area of specialty within women’s health
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a PT who is warm, curious, motivated, and passionate about providing exceptional care.
The right person is someone who:
Loves working one-on-one with patients
Is genuinely interested in women’s health and pelvic health
Wants to become an excellent clinician, not simply complete visits
Is comfortable thinking critically and treating the whole person
Takes initiative and follows through
Communicates exceptionally well with patients and teammates
Is dependable, organized, and professional
Enjoys learning and growing
Wants to be part of a team
Values autonomy while also welcoming collaboration and feedback
Pelvic health experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to consider an exceptional candidate with a strong interest in pelvic health and a commitment to advanced training.
We love helping our clinicians develop areas they are especially passionate about.
What Makes Lotus Different
We believe great physical therapy happens when clinicians have the time, autonomy, support, and environment to actually practice great physical therapy.
You won’t be expected to juggle multiple patients at once or race through documentation while someone waits on a treatment table.
Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients, think critically, collaborate with other clinicians, and provide the level of care that made you want to become a physical therapist in the first place.
We also believe work should be sustainable.
We want clinicians who are ambitious about their careers and have lives they love outside of the clinic.
Qualifications
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
Current Texas PT license or eligibility for Texas licensure
Pelvic health training or strong desire to pursue pelvic health specialization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Position
Full-Time Physical Therapist
San Antonio, Texas
Competitive salary and benefits based on experience and qualifications.
